“We really rely on your advice”

It’s always lovely to hear feedback from a client. There are immediate ways of knowing if we’ve helped, such as wrapping up the issue involved and realising the people dealing with it are less stressed than when we started.

But a little feedback is always useful, especially if we’re likely to work together again. In this case, it’s a client we’ve worked with for over a year so we already know that they like working with Quick HR.

So after helping with a tricky issue, it was a pleasant surprise to receive this – and the boss has let us share it: “Many thanks. Being a small business we really rely on your professionalism and advice.”

We aim to please. It’s great to hear that we succeed.
